These are some of the most frequently asked questions that are here to make your life a little easier when placing your order.

What if my order is placed on hold?
If your order is placed on hold it is because we are waiting on the pre-order drop. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it.


Once I have ordered, how do I obtain my tracking number?

If you place an order online, you will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. You will receive an e-mail shortly after, notifying you of your tracking number (only if requested), (if ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment) and that the order is being processed. Orders are normally processed between 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday PST time. (Unless it is a Holiday then it will be processed the following day.)

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

We do quote 7 working days for orders to be processed and shipped with the U.S Postal Service, which makes them easy to track. (Tracking Number provided when requested by email.) 99% of orders usually delivered within 7 working days, however they can take up to 14 days during holidays and pre-orders and 21 working days if its an international order, but this is quite rare.

Carrier Used

This is generally your local / national mail services / regular postal services. I have not received my goods yet. If you do not receive your goods within 21 working days, then please contact us. (It is 15 working days standard for the US) Once you have done so, we will make enquiries to try and track down your parcel into with the relevant postal service. If we are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them. If you choose the ‘Guaranteed’ International, we guarantee your parcel in the event of it not arriving to you, and we will reship your parcel to the original address provided that we do not receive online confirmation of the delivery of your parcel from the mail service.

 

Please keep all packaging and breeders packs that your order arrives in, in case there is a
problem with your shipment. We urge that you do this so we can help rectify the issue.

 

Methods of Payment.

We accept cash or money orders. Purchase a money/postal order from within the United States and post it to us with the completed order form. Money/postal orders from within the United States can be purchased from your local, US post office. These must be made payable to ‘Oregon Elite Industries Inc’. (If made out to any other name, the money order may be destroyed and result in your order not being processed). Once we receive the money/postal order from within the United States, we will check that the payable amount is correct before processing the order. Please remember to include delivery costs, as it can hold up your shipment. My order will not go through If the order is being declined by the bank, please contact your bank and ask them to remove any blocks they may have. Once they have done this, please try again either online or over the phone and this transaction should go through.

Delivery Information

If your parcel is confirmed as delivered by the mail service however you claim to have not received it, you must take this up with the mail service including your mail person to obtain further information where the parcel was delivered to or left at your property. Our guarantee is also voided if you enter an incorrect delivery name (not the name on the mail box) or address, as it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information to ship your parcel to. 99% of parcels arrive through your door however if your parcel requires collecting from the mail service then this is your responsibility to collect it. We do ask that you please double check all information before submitting, because once it is submitted, we might not be able to change it before dispatch.

What will my parcel look like?

Just like any standard priority service parcel in the postal system, The only text that will be displayed on the parcel is your name and delivery address along with a return address that is NOT listed as Oregon Elite Seeds, nor does this address appear on the website.

Standard Postage charges for items being shipped outside the US will be $35.00.

Delivery Instructions
Orders without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked. Your goods will be delivered to the address provided on the order form. We must have your full name, address, email and telephone number.

Receiving Orders (Export)
Goods in stock will be dispatched twice a week during business working days Goods being shipped outside of the US should be with you within 1 to 21 business/working days. If goods do not arrive within 21 days please notify us immediately. General time for delivery outside of the US is 7 – 10 working days. Generally goods being shipped within the US have a delivery time of 7 working days, unless Holidays or when we are at a show. (expect 2 week turn around during such busy times.)
Please note we cannot guarantee international deliveries unless you opt for International Signed for delivery, as we have no means of tracking standard parcels internationally. However we do produce proof of postage certificate on standard deliveries.

Returns
If you require seeds to be returned then the have to be completely unopened and also be in the original packaging.

Data protection:
We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law.

PLEASE NOTE: Please keep all packaging and breeders packs that your order arrives in in case there is a problem with your shipment. We urge that you do this so we can help rectify the issue. Oregon Elite Seeds is a US based company and we will charge you only in USD (United States Dollar). Any further charge incurred will be a bank currency conversion fee that your bank will charge you to exchange this into your domestic currency
